Pastoral Council 2023-2024
As stewards of the Incarnate Word Mission, the members of the Pastoral Council work in collaboration with the pastor and parish leadership to formulate a vision and long-range plan that ministers to the spiritual, educational, social, and material needs of our parish community.
The council achieves this mission by:
- Being actively involved in service and stewardship to the parish
- Encouraging and supporting existing ministries
- Encouraging and providing leadership for the formation of new ministries
- Developing parish policies aligned with the parish mission statement and diocesan policies
- Raising issues and concerns of the parish and parishioners

Finance Council
-
Every parish in the Archdiocese of St. Louis is required to have a Finance Council. The purpose of the council is to assist and advise the pastor with preparing the annual budget, reviewing financial statements of the parish and assessing current and future needs of the physical plant.
