GOLF TOURNAMENT MEMORABLE PLATE AUCTION: We are auctioning two sets of commemorative plates signed by Mr. Welling  and all the students and teachers from each grade. One set of the original plates per grade level (which makes 18 in total for K-8) will be displayed and auctioned silently in the church vestibule next weekend, May 31-June 1, where you will have a chance to make a bid.  The highest bidders will be contacted early in the week to be told they won. CATHOLIC SCRIPTURE STUDY: Women of the parish are invited to join a Catholic Scripture Study (CSS) group for 2008 – 2009.  This inspiring Bible study is completely faithful to the Catholic Church’s teachings.  We meet Wednesdays, 9:30-11:30 AM for 30 weeks  with Christmas and spring breaks following school calendars.   Each week's lesson includes a short DVD lecture given by a Catholic priest. LACROSSE CAMP: St. Louis University High School holds its annual summer Jesuit Lacrosse Camp for boys grades 2nd-9th at SLUH Stadium the week of June 16-June 19, 8:00-Noon. SOCCER AND VOLLEYBALL REGISTRATION: Registrations received by May 31 receive a $15/child reduction in the registration fee. Registrations received after June 30 may or may not be placed on a team. Boys and girls K-8 fall can play soccer. Girls and boys 3-8  can register for volleyball. Registration forms are available in the church lobby or online at www.parishsports.net/iwaa. ST JOE’S ANGEL DAY CAMP: All incoming 3rd-5th grade girls are invited to SJA Angels Day Camp at St. Joseph’s Academy, Monday – Friday, 9-2, in three sessions: June 2-6, July 7-11, and July 14-18.  This camp focuses on all the issues most important for girls, including positive self-esteem, physical and spiritual well-being, and friendship.  Come for one, two, or all three weeks of fun featuring arts and crafts, songs, SJA cheers, nature, outdoor games, dance, and more!  Space is limited, so make your plans to attend SJA Angels Day Camp soon!  For more information and to download the registration form, visit www.stjosephacademy.org and click on Summer Camp Opportunities for Girls.
