Vacation Bible School 2017

Dates: May 30 - June 2, 2017

Since a large portion of our facilities are being renovated, we only have space this year to accept pre-school participants (which includes those who will be entering kindergarten in the fall) and a limited number of youth volunteers. (We should be able to host elementary school participants again next year.)

More information will be posted here as it becomes available!

The form above will take your information, but your registration is not complete until we receive your child's tuition as well. Cash or checks may be brought or mailed to the parish office (checks should be made out to Incarnate Word). Unless you have discussed financial hardship with Mrs. Flanagan or Mrs. Estrada, your child will not be placed in a group until we receive the tuition.

The first child in a family is $35, and additional children are $30. A $10 discount per family will be applied if a parent or grandparent volunteers full time throughout the week.

We look forward to seeing you!

Our theme for this year is:

Vacation Bible School (VBS)

The mission of Incarnate Word's Vacation Bible School is to provide an opportunity for children of our parish and community to learn about God and our faith during a week filled with fun and interactive activities like music, Bible stories, skits, crafts, games and more!

Incarnate Word VBS introduces a fun and meaningful theme each year, geared toward the teaching of our faith through interactive stories, games and other activities. With 250 participants (90 preschoolers and 160 elementary aged children) and over 150 adult and youth volunteers, our VBS is truly a wonderful ministry. Our youth volunteers experience the opportunity of leadership, role responsibility, and caretaking in a fun, faith-filled and familiar environment. Our adult volunteers are also invaluable in their roles as Station Leaders and Crew Supervisors in guiding our children through this experience. And last but not least, our young and cherished participants always walk away with smiles on their faces, songs in their hearts, newly made friends and most importantly, a closer relationship with Jesus.
