The members of the Pastoral Council, as stewards of the Incarnate Word Mission, work in collaboration with the pastor and Parish leadership to formulate a vision and long-range plan that ministers to the spiritual, educational, social and material needs of our parish community.

The council achieves this mission by:  
• Being actively involved in service and stewardship to the parish
• Encouraging and supporting existing ministries
• Encouraging and providing leadership for the formation of new ministries
• Developing parish policies aligned with the parish mission statement and diocesan policies
•  Raising issues and concerns of the parish and parishioners
