Parents For Life Ministry
The Mission of Parents for Life is to lead Adults Closer to Christ. This ministry has been designed to spiritually nurture adults.
Just as LIFE TEEN programs mission is to lead teens closer to Christ, the Parents for Life group strives to present all adults opportunities to draw closer to Christ.

Ministry Questions and Answers
Q: Do I have to have a teenager in the LIFE TEEN program to participate?
-
No, we are open to all adults, Parents,
Grandparents even singles.Anyone with a desire to learn more about our Catholic faith and serve.
Q: When do we meet?
- Sunday evenings after the LIFE TEEN
Mass. We follow the same time frame as the teens from 7:30 to 9 PM.
Q: Do I have to attend every week?
- We understand people have conflicting
schedules. Weekly attendance is encouraged but not demanded.
Q: What do the meetings consist of?
- We follow the schedule of topics that
is used by the LIFE TEEN, LIFE NIGHTS, but with an adult perspective, using scripture, catechesis and
church teachings at the root of our discussion. Each topic is proclaimed and broken open by the
presenter(s) for the evening. Discussion follows based on an adult format. One Sunday per month is
usually a social gathering, (pot luck, ice cream social, miniature golf) etc. Where we can come together
and become more acquainted with each other.
Q: What service opportunities does Parent for Life provide?
- We assist our youth ministers with many
tasks, set up and break down Of LIFE NIGHTS on Sunday, mailings, any of the retreats held at the parish
(Luke 18). We also participate in many of the parish wide service Projects.
