- Council 9981, our parish's council, is made up on 150 men of many ages and backgrounds in the parish. The international organization is made of over 1.7 million members in many countries. The international organization's website is available at http://www.kofc.org, and has information about the origin and mission of the Knights of Columbus.
Q: What does the local council do?
- We hold a golf tournament, a Tootsie Roll drive, and Lenten fish fries to raise funds for our many charitable endeavors. Some 20 organizations benefit from the funds generated as a result of these activities.
We also pray for vocations to the priesthood and religious life. We provide volunteers for Habitat for Humanity and for social activities for the mentally handicapped. We hold free throw contests, essay contests, and poster contests for children. We clean up trash along Olive Boulevard. We support the pro-life cause. We conduct three blood drives each year.
The Knights also engage in a variety of fellowship activities which include a 5th Sunday breakfast following the 8:45 Mass, an annual family picnic, and brunches at Christmas and Valentine’s Day.
Keep in mind that not all Knights are involved in all activities. You can get as involved as your time and interests allow.

- We meet regularly the 2nd Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m.
