Q   How do I add a soldier to the board?

A   Data entry forms are located in the pamphlet rack in the vestibule of the church,

      Simply follow the instructions on the form.

Q   I have particular questions. Who can I talk with?

Q   Do I have to submit a photo?

A   Photographs are encouraged but not mandatory. And they can be snapshots,     

      professional photographs or military photos.

Q   What if I don’t know my soldiers rank or duty station.

A   Contact your soldier or a family member to obtain that information, or include the 

      latest information you have. Updates can easily be made as new information               .     becomes available.

Q   I have a friend in the military. Can they be included?

A   Due to space limitations, just Incarnate Word parishioners and their family members are included.

Q   My soldier is serving in the National Guard or Reserve, can I submit their

      information?

A   Yes, any military personnel on active duty can be included.
