“Lift Up Your Hearts: The Eucharist as a Sacrament of Love”

Save the Date: Monday, August 18, 2014 here at Incarnate Word for a lecture by Timothy O’Malley, Ph.D, Director of the Center for Liturgy at the University of Notre Dame. The title of the lecture is “Lift Up Your Hearts: The Eucharist as a Sacrament of Love” and discussion will focus on the question, “Can you really be Catholic without going to Mass?” Tim will use theology, humor, and the wisdom of the great saints in order to tackle the question of how our participation in Mass relates to our participation in the Church. This lecture is being offered in partnership with St. Anselm Parish and Christ, Prince of Peace Parish.
