Welcome to Incarnate Word Parish!

Endowed with the gifts of the Holy Spirit, we the members of the Incarnate Word faith community dedicate ourselves in a spirit of mutual respect to live & proclaim the Gospel message of Jesus Christ. We are called to do this by reaching in to our parish family & reaching out to the universal Church and to the global community, by ministering to their spiritual, educational, social & material needs. We will do this by using our God-given gifts of time, talents, & treasures in an environment of collaborative ministry, in full harmony with the teachings & traditions of our Catholic faith.

Tamales Sales

Help support the El Palenque Mexican Restaurant by buying tamales after masses the weekend of December 13/14.  El Palenque is located in Ferguson and is struggling to remain open amidst all the recent chaos. Tamales will be $1.50 each (pork or chicken). They will be made fresh but can easily be frozen. They will be bringing 400 tamales to 5pm Mass Saturday and 1,500 tamales on Sunday for masses that morning. Donations will also be accepted. Checks can be made out to Incarnate Word.

UPDATE: Due to the overwhelming response to the tamale sales, the Flores brought almost 2,000 tamales to Incarnate Word this weekend and they were completely sold out before all the 8:45am Mass attendees could purchase them. They will come back next weekend (December 20/21) for all Masses except 7:15am & 6:00pm. Thank you for your tremendous support. The Flores are so grateful.

Photo Directory

2015 will be a milestone year for Incarnate Word Parish. We will celebrate our 50th anniversary! We will be producing a new anniversary pictorial directory of parishioners.  PLEASE be a part of that by having your picture taken for the directory.

There is no cost to our church to produce this directory, and each participating family will receive a complimentary 8x10 portrait and free directory and have the opportunity to purchase additional portraits to share with family & friends. Sign-ups for the photography sessions will be after weekend Masses or on-line during the week by clicking on the icon below. Please note on-line sign-ups are suspended on the weekends as the sign-up sheets will be only available in the church vestibule on weekends.
