 Fr. Blessing is Moving

We are sorry to announce the Fr. Blessing is being transferred from Incarnate Word Parish.  He is being appointed Administrator of St. Paul Parish in St. Paul, MO. The assignment becomes effective June 19th.  We have no details at this time about his replacement here.  While we are all saddened to see him go we are very happy for him on his promotion.  Farewell reception following all Masses the weekend of June 8/9 or at BBQ Send-off for Fr. Blessing
 

New BOE Members

Congratulations to our three new Board of Education members: Kevin Hussey, Jeanne Hartke, and Flavia Bader! Members serve a three year term.  Thank you to the outgoing members who served our parish youth so well: Jen Hempstead, Sarah Hormuth and Anne Abbenhaus.
 

Vacation Bible School

"Kingdom Rock-Where Kids Stand Strong for God" is this year’s Vacation Bible School theme. VBS will be held the week after Memorial Day (May 28-May 31) for children aged 3 years old through 4th grade. Registration forms and checks are due to the Parish Office by May 13. Don’t miss one of the biggest (and most fun) programs held at our Church each year.
 

Adoration Chapel Adorers Needed

Incarnate Word Parish is blessed to have Eucharistic Adoration 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Volunteers spend one hour in prayer a week with Jesus who is truly present in the Blessed Sacrament.  We have lost several adorers in the last couple of months and have several new open slots. Please prayerfully consider joining the team by taking an hour or teaming with a friend to take an hour. The time you spend with the Lord WILL be time well spent and very rewarding.   10th Annual Incarnate Word Golf Tournament

Registrations are now being accepted for Incarnate Word's 2013 Golf Outing at the Landings at Spirit Golf Club on Friday, May 31st, 2013. The cost is $150 per person and includes: lunch, 18 holes with cart, on-course contests, and dinner.  Sponsorship levels are available.  Golf Registration and Tuition Raffle forms below.
